Life has a way of throwing us curveballs. Maybe you’re someone who was once a strong, vibrant person, and now struggles with debilitating chronic illness that makes getting through each day difficult. Perhaps you’re someone who’s become prone to overthinking, self-doubting, or feeling that dark cloud always hanging over you. Or maybe you’ve gone through immense grief or loss that has led to a spiritual awakening. These experiences can be life-altering. They can feel lonely. And we can feel stuck, not knowing how to move forward.

As someone who has been through these experiences myself, I want you to know you are not alone.

And I know how having aligned support can be healing. To have someone who can understand what you’re going through. And to have more paths illuminated to begin to move forward.

In my approach to therapy, I not only help you dive deeper into the area that’s causing you suffering, but help you in examining the interplay between all areas of mind, body and spirit. If one of these is out of balance, alignment or attunement, it has the power to impact an overall sense of wellness.

I help you grieve, feeling those emotions that need to be felt to flow through. I will be with you, supporting you in those difficult times. I will offer small shifts of perspective to allow space for movement when it would otherwise feel impossible. And we will explore those life paths that feel more in alignment with your soul’s calling.
